"I knew nothing about selling a house but Comfort Homes made it so easy. We knew our house needed a lot of TLC. When Comfort Homes's sign said they bought houses "as is", we knew that was for us. Roy called me 30 minutes after I filled out the online form on their website. Roy and his dad, Mike, met us at our house 15 minutes later. Within a hour we had a deal for Comfort Homes to buy our house. I had already read their one page contract on their website and was very impressed with how simple and straight forward it was. They even allowed us to leave anything in our house that we no longer wanted (piano, washer, trash, etc.). It was such a relief! We received an earnest payment that same day and closed the sale 4 days later. Three signatures on closing date and we were handed a check. Comfort Homes made what I thought would be a long drawn out hassle very simple, easy, and quick.
